Steve Dauer is our new Middle School Science and Social Studies teacher. He graduated from Ladysmith High School in 1981 and started his career working at both local window factories for many years. He quit the window business in 1995 and attended Mount Senario College, graduating with an elementary grades 1-9 teaching degree in 1999. He then taught many subjects for grades 5 to 8 at the Winter School District, recently retiring in 2020.

Steve recently began subbing for OLS and really liked the Christian atmosphere, so he has accepted a half-time teaching position. "I am excited to be teaching science again, as it is definitely my favorite class to teach!"
